14-day return policy

This page tells you more about our return policies.

You can request a product return up to 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason, to obtain a full refund (price excluding delivery costs) under the statutory right of withdrawal. Safranoccitan.fr also allows returns up to the 30th day and a refund of the price excluding delivery costs. Some products are excluded from returns (perishable goods, etc.). Legal right of withdrawal

Your statutory right of withdrawal allows you to request a return without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the item (the day of delivery is not counted in the 14-day period). If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:

• products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and, if you have unsealed them;

• products which, after being delivered, have been inseparably mixed with other items;

• audio or video recordings or computer software when you have unsealed them after delivery;

• products that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

• products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;

• services fully performed by Amazon for which you have agreed, at the time of placing your order, that we begin their execution, and waived your right of withdrawal;

• newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for these publications; alcoholic beverages whose value agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract depends on market fluctuations beyond our control;

• digital content (including applications, software, e-books, music downloads, etc.) not supplied on a physical medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) for which you agreed, when placing your order, that we would begin supplying it before the end of the withdrawal period, and waived your right of withdrawal.

Returns required within 14 days of delivery, for products sold or fulfilled by Amazon

• Amazon will refund you the price of the item. You are responsible for any diminished value of the item(s) resulting from handling (other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item(s)). Therefore, we recommend that you return the product in the same condition in which you received it (items in new condition must be returned new, unused, and complete, including all accessories, and used items must not show additional signs of use or damage).

• Amazon will also refund the shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase. If you return an item that is part of an order that includes other items, we will refund the shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase. If you return an item that is part of an order that includes other items, we will refund the shipping costs for the item you chose to return. If you return an entire order, we will refund the shipping costs for the entire order.
